GATE ACCESS (go here for full details)
To obtain their clamshell cards and decals, new residents must make a request to Mike Way, chair of the Security Committee. If necessary, new residents can obtain a temporary gate access code until they can obtain their cards and decals. Contact Mike at Security@cbcia.org.
Requests for gate access must include the following information:
First name, last name
Address in Columbia Beach
Phone number for the Gate Directory
Mailing address if different from Columbia Beach address
GET INVOLVED
Columbia Beach is run by elected and appointed volunteers and is always looking for new residents interested in helping to care for and safeguard their community. A great place to start is to attend the membership meetings held at least four times a year in February, May, August, and December.
Residents are notified of upcoming meetings either by email or by postal mail at their address of record. To sign up for emailed notifications, contact the CBCIA Secretary at Secretary@cbcia.org or fill out the Emails Opt-In Form and turn it in at a membership meeting.
